Best Graphics Card for Windows XP and Windows 98SE?

I am looking for a new video card and need opinions
as to the best video card for both WinXP and 98se. I'm
looking for 128mb and good stability, gaming graphics
and price. Please give me your opinions and reasons why
either positive or negative.

under video cards, check out and shop with the BBB before you buy.

The reason for nVidia is you mentioned you wanted stability.
