Best freeware for data recovery on FAT32?

Hello.

I have accidentally deleted a folder full of .MP3 files (4DOS directory
name completion + user mistake = I typed 'do' and TAB, expected to get
it completed to 'documents' but it turned out to 'downloads' - which is
the folder I configured Soulseek to throw the downloaded MP3 in).

The folder is in another hard drive.

So:

- What is the best freeware program for data recovery with FAT32
filesystem?
