Best Free Icon browser

Tried IrfanView & XnView they end up showing the smallest icon in an ico
file rather than the biggest icon which is frustrating.


Also it would be good iit can browse through the icon package files with
the extension - *.icl

I reckon IconSnatcher is the best icon browser -

You can set it to automatically list the number of icons in each file in
the folder you're browsing. AFAIK IconShop doesn't do this, you have to
click on each file to see how many icons it has, and if there are none
you've just wasted your time.
