What is the best and and easy way for a novice to develop a flash website?
Is there any easy way to design a similar website with FrontPage?

www.coffeecup.com has a new system where you can "develop" your flash site
online. I think there is a free trial too.
you may want to consider your reason for wanting a flash site in the first
place because while they're cool there are serious draw-back.
