Best Cooler for X1800 GTO Radeon,i Mean the best.

Im looking to buy a Cooler for My X1800 GTO, i heard most cooler they very minimal on reducing temperature and the benefit are hardly noticeable ( such as -2-3C at most), while im looking for a cooler that will it least take it down by 15 degree C, at the moment it runs at 60C.

So any advice is welcomed. I Want something good , there is so much junk on the market i dont want to end up buying an expansive one that will hardly do anything.
 
The best would be water cooling, but alot cheaper alternative would be a trusty artic cooler, nice lil bit of kit.
 
Dont know if you'll get a 15 degree drop without water cooling. That chip runs too fast I reckon.

But I have no first hand experience with x1800s so I wouldn't know.
