There is not that much out there that really explains how to build a site
from scratch. While I liked the 'missing manual' book, particularly its
explanations of the pros and cons of the different choices one can make, it
doesn't really cover design workflow. I would like someone to say... first
you develop your site structure, then you put together a theme, then you put
together a style sheet, etc, etc (can you tell I have no idea what I'm
talking about). My difficulty is not knowing the best place to start. My
site is pretty simple so I'm not too worried, but once it's live it will be
promoted to my clients and potential clients and other than changing and
adding content, I don't want to have to have to re-configure it later on.
