Also you can convert MP3's to a kind of .WAV that also works, without
increasing the file size, using the free program "CDex".

mp3 small for quality
wav embeddable
RIFF headered wav combines qualities of both but don't work on Macs
Midi Tiny but can't be embedded and often sound a little NAFF
