Best all around AIW Capture?

I need to build another computer mostly used for video captures.
Firewire already on the system but need something like an AIW to
handle the analog stuff..

What's the best performance/cost effective ATI AIW out there? Gaming
is NOT an issue so the shine is on the capture ability of the card..

Looking to stick in one of those small cubes.

The AIW VE

Has the same capture chip(Theatre200) as the newer 9xxx's but it's
cheaper since it uses the 7500 gpu and it is a pci slot only card.
