Best 4 port RAS modem solution

I have two standard serial modems plugged into the serial ports of the
server, and I need a couple more, and probably not any more than that.
What's the best way to add a couple more modems to this system? Does
Windows 2000 or 2003 server support usb modems?

Yes you can use USB modems. The support is dependent on your system rather
than on the OS.
