I have an external Omega Bernoulli Transportable 230 drive that I would like to use with my Windows XP Home operating system. Is there a driver than can do this or is this an incompatible combination

I couldn't see a WinXP driver for a Bernoulli on the Iomega web site but
perhaps the one for Windows NT would work?

I hesitate to suggest putting an "old" driver into a nice new XP system
because it might cause problems for other devices. If you have an old Win98
box you could hook it upto and then network to the XP box that would be
better. eg keep all the old stuff on the 98 box.

Bernoulli's are getting to be pretty old devices. I suggest that you hook
the box to an older PC and transfer the files to some more modern (i.e.,
currently supported media), such as CD, DVD, USB hard drive, etc.

But, if you really want to continue using it, try writing to Iomega support,
maybe they will have a definitive answer.

Thank you for your suggestions. I have just written to Comet Enterprises who appear to be the sucessors to Omega as far as this drive is concerned.
