I having trouble with a Benq Joybee 110 USB MP3 player. I got it and was
trying out on one PC. I was successfully in getting it to work ONCE, After
using the Safely Remove Hardware, I disconnected it. I then tried to
reconnect it and it now lists out as "Unknown Device". I tried to clear out
the "device" from Device Manager with:
CMD prompt:
set devmgr_show_nonpresent_devices=1
start devmgmt.msc
But it still comes as "Unknown." I can not Roll back the drivers since
Windows XP Pro states "No driver".
I then tried it on a different Windows XP Pro PC and it seems to work
correctly on that one. Without doing a reformat/reinstall, what can I do to
correct this?
