Bellsouth in our area has switched to YAHOO to send and receive. If you are
a bell or ATT customer, you can go online to the bell (or ATT) website and
research the appropriate pop3 and SMTP for your area and see if you need to
change it. There is a detailed listing for all areas and it is very user
friendly.
Windows doesn't have servers, but your mail service provider does.
Do you get an error message when you try to receive? If so,
right-click on your error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.
