When I do a scan, the information now shows up in Notepad in html, not
in Document form like it used to, that I printed out, any ideas why this
is happening, it's a real pain. TIA

Somebody changed the Bel Arc file association to Notepad,
just change it back to IE.

Thanks for that info. But just how do I do that? It seemed to happen
after installing SP2, but I'm not sure. TIA

Right click on the file then select Open with > choose program
select IE

SP2 firewall could be blocking the HTML view, so you could
add the Bel Arc program to the exclusion list. Or save the
displayed file and then use the "open with.." (right click)
command and select Internet Explorer.
BTW, I just checked on my machine and using the "open with"
command and Windows suggested that WordPad was the
recommended program. The reason for this is that if you
were going to change a normal file option, it would be
because you wanted to open an HTML page in a safe manner
that would not run a virus.

You're not sure, and you are certainly NOT right. SP2 has nothing to do with
it.

People today step in a pile of dog crap and blame SP2.

If you are addressing me, this started after installing SP2, now i
{didn't } say it caused the problem, only that it was the first time I
used it, after I installed the SP2. Since I didn't change anything
myself on the PC, I just don't see how it changed by itself. I always
Scan with Belarc when I add new programs or remove them, but no other
system changes were made. Did you really have to be so crude. This is a
pretty nice group of ppl, and I appreciate all the help I have received
here, but some it could do without. JMO

Thanks Jim, it did show up in Note Pad, seemed strange to me, because it
always just showed up as a Document, and I always printed it right out
with no problems. I appreciate all the help from this group, since I'm
still on the learning curve.

When you die you stop learning or is it, when you stop
learning you die. I try to learn something new everyday.
And, you're welcome.
