Behaviour in diferents screen resolutions

I created some web sites for a company support, and when viewing in a
diferent screen resolution the elements aren't centered.
Can someone help me in this questions?
I use Microsoft Frontpage 2003 edition.

Use CSS to center elements. You haven't posted a URL, but this is commonly
caused by using spaces to do your centering.

Use can also use tables and cells set to fixed widths to center content
