I was happy to read the response to a problem same as mine from Steve:

"With the web and page open, FrontPage toolbar. Tools > Page Settings,
Compatibility, set all
dropdowns to custom"

However, I do not get "Page Settings" under Tools menu. I get "Page
Options" and under that I get a lots of tabs, none about "Compatability"

What do I do? Please help. I desparately need to have a "onMouse over"
effect.

Which FP version??

My Front Page version is 2003 with SP2. I saw it when I clicked in "Help"
and "About" in my FP program.

By the way, the grey button now becomes black (or "active") only when the
pointer is near a text with link underlined in blue. It turns again to grey
when the cursor is moved to any other text in black. I tried to highlight a
text which I wish to design as onMouse over. Still the grey remains grey and
I cannot access the drop-down task list.

Please HELP.

This is a indication that you can only use this function on hyperlinks from within FP.
