TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN
My Dell desktop was Windows XP but upon delivery my
engineer friend converted it to Windows 2000. Everything
worked well until I purchased a HP 5110 office jet half a
year later. Again the installation of the new hardware
was carried out by the same engineer friend.
Since then my system has been crashing with a message
saying "BEGINNING DUMP OF PHYSICAL MEMORY". I was so
frustrated and HP was very gracious in replacing a new
unit. The same thing happened again!!! I went through
the system information and every device item appears
as "Your device is working properly".
Initially 9 question marks appeared on USB controllers
however after I selected "Windows Update" all the question
marks disappeared. Could someone please enlighten what
the WORST DAMAGE would be if "BEGINNING DUMP OF PHYSICAL
MEMORY" keeps surfacing. Is there anything I could do to
eliminate this?
Many, many thanks for your attention.
