Beginning dump of physical memory

Can anyone help me figure out how to get my computer
working again? It starts up fine until it starts loading
Windows 2000, and then flashes to a blue screen and says
a bunch of stuff I can't read(the screen only stays up
for about 1 second) and then says "beginning dump of
physical memory". Then it just restarts again and
continues looping. What do I do??

Do a search on groups.google for this newsgroup. This
question has come up many times before.
