I am a beginner when it come to website maintenance. I'm going to purchase
Front Page to maintain our site. My question is - Will I actually be able
to do it without any experience?
 
You actually should take a look at Expressions - this is the new program that
is "taking over" Frontpage. It is free right now while in Beta and is a lot
better
 
If you put the time and effort in to learning it, yes. Your not going to be
able to whip up this wonderful site just by installing the software, you
need to learn how to use it, just like any new endeavor.
 
You can go Scuba diving without any experience.

I suspect the results will be same as with using FP with no experience.
