A continuous problem without any regularity. Like unwanted pop-up's;
unpredictable when they'll show up but known they will at some time...

The word (adj.) CONSTANT is defined by Webster as:
Not changing. Remaining the same. Remaining free from
variation or change. Regular.

It can't be CONSTANT and RANDOM anymore than day can be
night.

It is a poor post.

It's likely coming from your motherboard. It's an indication of some
hardware problem and should be checked out by a technician. You might be
able to find the meaning of the beeps in your manual but the fact is, if
it's coming from the motherboard, the system needs to be checked out.
