Beep Transistion

I would like to make a video with a series of clips that look like they were
cut out of the final product. I was wondering if anyone knows where I can
find a clip that beeps and looks like the transition that occurs when, for
instance, you watch the outtakes of a movie or TV show. I don't know what
it's called, but I'm sure you know what I mean.

It would be like what they show during the credits of certain movies where
the actors laugh or make mistakes. I'm looking for that beep thing between
each clip. Has anyone seen this anywhere?

It is simply a blank screen and a beep sound added to the soundtrack.
Simpler to just make your own. It should take you all of 30 seconds.
