Beep Sound

I have a pentium 4

the problem is that when i boot the pc
it gives a beep sound for about 3 seconds
i have remove the memory card and re fix it same problem

The vga card is on board

plz help

the beep code tells you whats wrong, but I dont have the other part of
the info you need.
