bed displaing in ie6

There's problem with displaing Web Sites in ie 6. I have no colors of
background- can you help me?

Check out Tools | Internet Options | Accessibility.
 
I'm not sure what you are seeing. Could you please post the url and a
capture of the IE window as an example of the problem you are seeing?
(select the IE window, alt-print scrn, mspaint, edit->paste).
 
Many times if I have Internet Explorer opened up before Outlook Express I
cannot receive any messages.
I get an error having to do with "Propoxy"...?
But, if I open up Outlook Express before IE then there is never any problem
with getting messages.
Why would there be a problem dependent upon which program opens first??
