Bearflix movies install issue

I went to this site i downloaded their program, but i kept getting their
yellow lite which meant a firewall was blocking it, i contacted the One care
people who could not help and then was transferred to the XP people where we
then shut off the one care firewall and the windows firewall, the program
still did not work, the yellow lite at their site did not turn green meaning
i was good to go. Microsoft says its a firewall at their site, i don't
understand why they have a firewall for free software, anyone else have this
problem. thanks
