Be there ISP

You got me there TD? Did you want comments on this ISP? ;)

Im not sure if you want comments on this isp but i'll leave some anyways.

I recently moved house and go a new isp. I decided to go with Be as the price was good, unlimited, good speeds and my area was enabled.

From the day that i registered it took just under 1 week for them to get me online. The router that it sent with the service is good and it came pre loaded with all the settings required to get online right away.

There were no problems connecting to the service and I got a text message after every step of the installation. Like when I would get installed, when the router had been dispatched and finally when I was connected.

So far I have not had any issues and according to the router my speeds are (down)17.5mbps and (up)1.3mbps

Before registering to the service i read up quite alot on thier FUP which all service providers have regarding download limits. In thier FUP they do not state a limit that they regard as excessive downloading but apparently according to be forums and other isp discussion sites nobody has been capped or disconnected due to too much downloading.

So far being with Be has been great and a pain free experience, but I havn't had to try out their technical support yet due to having no problems.

I hope it was comments you were looking for;)

I think he is a secret spammer ... now where did I put my Ban button. :D

Good post Chelsea ... I can say exactly the same for My ISP ... well done BT, and although I have had to use their 'tech support' on behalf of other users, I fond them courteous, polite & knowledgeable, most importantly, the 'problems' were solved amicably. :thumb:

We need a new poll Ian ... Rate your ISP 1-10 :D

wasnt sure if peeps had heard of them dont remember seeing any other posts about them so thought i would leave a link!

Comments is fine. Makes no difference to me tho cos i dont have a BT line

and could not afford to pay for both line and internet connection anyway

NTL for me im afraid even tho they are very very restrictive concerning U/L and D/L speeds what i have i suppose is sufficient

Thought i had heard from them, they are owned by o2 who kindly sent me a text about 'be' recently!
