Hello,

Is there any way to allow users to use a backend, yet
prevent them from opening that backend by itself? Thanks
very much for any replies.
 
You will need to use so-called Run With Owners Permissions queries, as
explained in the security FAQ. They will provide permission to
read/write the data via your application, but deny permission via the
raw tables.
