ive gone into the computer and its sayingD:\is not accessible the disk
structure is not accessible corrupted and unreadable. any more ideas please
 
You can go to the Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Computer Management
Disk Management. What does the disk say in there. You may need to right

click and reformat the disk.
