When I receive an email that is asking me for possible meeting dates I keep
having to switch back and forth between my open email and my calendar. If the
time period is not in the current week it is even worse. It is frustrating
going back and forth. Too many wasted steps to check for available times.
This is espcially true for outside of the company emails.
