BDS/SdBot.4 - how to get rid of it?!?!

I just finished networking a computer, and found this file using the
Anti-vir software - it said the file was winmgt or something and said
it would delete it the next time it startup because it was in-use.
Now isn't there a registry entry I should look for as well? Thanks in
advance!

The common registry points, other general startup axis points and
running processes are displayed by such utilities as Trojan_Finder and
