I'm assuming you mean "BCM" not "BCS", and that by "repair" you mean "check
for errors"? What version of BCM are you using?
Please try one or more of the following:
1. Enable logging in Help, About and repeat the operation. Then look at the
log file in %temp%. Don't forget to turn off logging when you're done.
2. Contact support at http://support.microsoft.com/common/international.aspx?rdpath=1&gprid=11335
3. Export your data to a .bcm file, create a new database, then re-import.
The try again to create a backup.
