OK! do I need to install BCM with Outlook 2007? Not sure whether or not Dell
installed it to begin with since they only do a partial install anyway.
Actually, I don't know what it is used for and not in any business. Is it
alright to uninstall it with Add/remove program. I have Vista installed as OS
on this system, no choice.

Well, if you don't know what it's for, chances are you don't need it (and
therefore don't want it)
BCM is for people who are into sales, sales or sales (which also is
microsofts main activity)
A lot of people try to use it in an other way but get disapointed.
