I am just getting going with BCM. 1st step move Contacts to BCM. Works like a
charm - but when I then try to open the moved contact in BCM I get this
messsage:
"BCM was unable to open this form" under the 'General' Tab. The form under
the 'Details' tab opens Ok.

What am I missing? I am using Outlook 2003
 
May be your profile is corrupt. Can you go to the Mail applet in control
panel, create a new Outlook profile and try this scenario? From where are
you trying to import the data?

When a form has trouble opening, first thing I try is clearing
Outlook's form cache.
