BCM reports not working after update

I have followed Badmash's instructions twice with no success.
I also have the Business contacts for PC loaded which is working fine.

Would the fact that I am Exchange Server have anything to do with it?
I am surprised that I could not find anything on the microsoft web site.
 
Sorry for taking so long to get back to this I wasted so much time on it I
had to find some alternatives.( I do not believ that I had to type up
reports. (Not happy). I have tried SSinha's suggestion and it looked like it
was going to happen but did not. I tried 3 times.

Raul the cyrstal assemblies have always been present not like some other
users where they have disappeared.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled a number of times and have always checked
and the assemblies have been present. I have also used the reinstall option
to no avail.

Does the fact that the assemblies are there mean they are functioning?
Is there another way to check?

Good news and bad news.
Thanks for the heads up on the checker, I had a perfect match. SO the files
seem to be in tact.
The bad news is I am not any closer to getting the reports working.
 
Hi Quest

Can you also check whether you have .Net Frame Work 2.0 present in add/
remove ?in case you do try uninstalling the same.Hope this helps
