When I receive an email from a vendor and I try to link it to an account or
contact, I receive an error message and BCM shuts down. There is no number
on the error, but it does send a report to MS. I can double click on the
email and then try to link it. Although I hit save and close as the
instructions say to, the "link" does not show up in the history of the
account. This issue happens with accounts and contacts. Does any one know
how to fix this?
