BCM Update and validation

Having problems with BCM. Have been to Office update online and downloaded
all available updates. Bar One. The remaining update is the Business
Contact Manager. This requires validation. Have a Valid copy of BCM on disk
in front of me, so why has validation failled? Has anyone else had this
problem. What should I do? Thanks in advance.
 
You might want to get in touch with the MS product support services with
regard to the same (1-800-936-5700)

Validation normally fails if disc from which you installed office is not
genuine or might be the Product key
