It's certainly possible. Business Contact Activity Report under Reports ->
Activity Reports is probably what you want. Use filters and add extra
columns as necessary. Comments by default won't be included unless you add
them and neither will most of your other data columns, but they are
available through the Modify Report interface.
This report doesn't seem to show the comments from the main details page,
but it will show comments from Business Note entries. That's what you are
supposed to be using anyway to easily keep track of your notes.
The templates for these things are probably customizable, although I haven't
looked into that in-depth yet. They appear to be stored in
Microsoft.BusinessSolutions.eCRM.Reports2.dll
Anyway, this should be good enough.
