BCM reports don't work

I just installed BCM and applied the update. None of the reports work. I
get an error message that just says The report could not be generated.
Please try again.

If anyone knows how to fix this, please let me know!!

I tried the procedure of uninstalling BCM and the desctop engine and
reinstalling them and I'm still having the same problem.

Any thoughts?
