BCM Reports Don't work after V2 installed

I reinstalled a number of times. I've uninstalled ACT! but I still have the
same error and am not able to print the report files. I tried associating the
rpt files with outlook and all I get is an email window with the RPT file
attached.

CAn anyone help?
 
This is usually caused by a bad version of Crystal Reports.

If you have Crystal Reports in your add\remove programs, try removing
that and then reinstalling BCM to have it install the version it
shipped with.
