Where can I get a BCM manual? Hardcopy or download? I have been looking
online everywhere and can't seem to find one. The software CD I received
does not have one to down load. Please email me at (e-mail address removed)
Thank you for your assistance.

There isn't a manual but there is a Help file. Just click on Help, Business
Contact Manager and that's the manual. If you're connected to the internet,
allow it to go online and you'll get more info when you search for an
answer.

Or, in a shameless plug, you can order my "Outlook 2007 Business Contact
Manager For Dummies" book that will be shipping any day now from amazon.com
or order direct from www.dummies.com.

HTH,
Lon

Lon,

I picked up a copy of your new book off the shelf of a Barnes & Noble down in
Dallas, TX on a business trip there earlier this week. They had 2 copies in
stock. This is a well done relevant book and a good read everyone. This
book is long overdue and will be a good resource for many.

Thanks, Tim --

I appreciate the kind words and am glad it's in the stores. Next time, call
me when you're in Dallas and I'll buy you a drink!

Take care,
Lon

I also just noticed this release in a Denver Barnes & Noble store today
(Friday, 3/23) so it might now be throughout their distribution channel
nationwide. Lon, I'll take you up on that drink offer the next visit down to
TX.
