bcm likes one user acct but not the other

I have created a new user acct on a computer that has successfully connected
to our network shared bcm database with a different user acct. We have been
running bcm successfully in a networked environment for about 1.5 years. The
new user has admin rights on the computer and has been shared to in the
database mgmt tool, but when opening outlook and going thru the database
connection wizard, it tells me that it cannot find any BCM database, when 5
minutes earlier i was logged in as a different user on same computer and had
no problems connecting. Mind boggling.
I've uninstalled and re-installed BCM, it did not help. Local firewall is
disabled. I am out of ideas.
 
OK, after further testing, the problem appears to be with either her exchange
acct or her domain acct, I cannot connect her to bcm on any computer, yet she
appears in the list of approved database users in the database tool. The
error message is indicative of someone that does not have permission to
access the database, which makes me wonder if there is a corruption in her
domain/exchange acct. She has no problems with email.
