BCM Issue with Account selection box showing no fields.

I have BCM installed with SP1 and Outlook 2003 with SP2. The install
went clean, I have also tried removing the install and doing a complete

reinstall.

The popup for selecting primary contact from the account setup screen
is coming up blank, with no field names or contents. I can type a
contact name and the spaces move up and down like it's narrowing the
search but nothing shows in the selection box. The same thing happens

when selecting an account from the contact screen. The odd thing is,
if I select one of the blank records the account name shows in the text

box after the selection.
 
Looks like you open an Account and select Business Contacts, they click on
Add, then Select
The subsequent Business Contact Dialog is blank - although you can select
items - they are not visible hope i got your issue ?

if this is the case try the following steps
go to the Control Panel > System > Advanced Tab and then Selected the
Settings for Performance
On the "Visual Effects" Tab change the default setting to "Adjust for Best
Performance" and check if it works
 
You got it. That fixed the problem. I went a little farther. Off all
the tuning options, it's the one called "Smooth Edges of Screen
Fonts" that makes it work. So I guess with BCM you have to choose
between pretty fonts and viewing list box contents!
