BCM Install Corrupted.. How do I re-install?

My first install seemed to hang, so I clicked "cancel" on the install.
Now, if I try to reinstall BCM, it gives me an error message that the first
installation was incomplete or something like that, but there is no way
to reinstall or uninstall. Any thoughts? I did a "repair Office 2003"..
Running XP.

If you get errors during setup or if BCM does not load when Outlook starts
and you have a retail version of Office 2003 Pro or Small Business, you may
want initiate a support incident with Microsoft at
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=fh;en-us;incidentsubmit. You
will need a .Net Passport, but there should be no charge for filing the
request.
