The history in each of my business contacts and business accounts shows email in my inbox. The history for each of my contacts is stil in the business history folder. I cleared the BCM cache by using the process: Go to Tools, Options
Other tab. Click Advanced Options, Custom Forms, Manage Forms and click the Clear Cache button
That did not work
I deleted frmcache.dat and restarted Outlook.

Please advise.
