I'm just starting to use this and have encountered several problems. Help?
1. When I import the contacts into BCM from a CSV spreadsheet, I map the
company field to 'company' but it also imports it into the Name field. Is
there a way around this? I want to have this field blank until i enter the
name of a contact.
2. I drag a contact over to opportunities and create a record, and
a. First, it doesn't link it automacally. Is there a way to get it to do
that or do I have to sift through hundreds of contacts, each time, to link
it?
b. Then, once I do link it manually, I get an error saying there is no
support for categories in this type of item, and it won't save the record.
3. Is there a way to create separate folders under BC M the way there is
with regular contacts? It won't let me do that and having all my contacts
there and having to sort by categories is very cumbersome.
4. What's the best process for tracking all your calls and contact info for
each client in BCM?
