Dear friends

I've found out how to customize BCM forms without getting any error/strange message

Here is the procedure
1) Disable BCM from the Outlook menu (without any change to registry, just use the normal outlook funcs
2) Personalize the account form and save it to a file (f.e. account1.oft
3) Close outlook e don't publish the for
4) Open outlook and enable BC
5) Publish the form you saved from the file account1.oft to the account personal modul
6) close it WITHOUT savin
7) close outloo
8) Manual clear ALL the cache you find in <drive>:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Impostazioni locali\Dati applicazioni (ob. in english for you
9) Open outlook and VOILA'

Let me know if you have any problem..

PS: hey, could I become an MVP Miss Sue Mosher

Cool! What kinds of customizations have you had success with? And is the
data persisted in the BCM database?

I've added a custom page to the account form; I'm trying to find out where the data is kept

Could you help me please

Thank you
Tom

From what I've seen data is kept in the BCM database
In OutlookMainPropertiesTable you can find the field you've added and in ContactAdditionalPropertyBag you find the property value
So why they say is not customizable
