BCM for Outlook 2007

I have Office 2007 Enterprise, i would like to know if there is a way for me
to get the business contact manager for it
 
But Enterprise and Professional Plus don't come with BCM. Can we install
anyway or do we have to purchase it? If we buy it, how? Do we have to do a
full upgrade even if we already have a 2007 suite?

I'm not familiar with Pro Plus, but both Pro and Enterprise should
include licenses for BCM.
