I'm re-posting this thread in the hope that someone will be able to assist.
Please see the thread below. Thanks.

-------------------------

I'm a bit confused by the suggested fix. In order to implement the fix listed
in the Outlook tips website provided, one must have SBS installed on their
PC. In addition, the client server must be running SBS. I've tried installing
SBS on my PC and ran into problems when attempting the final configuration.
Am I missing something here?

there are instructions at http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/

I'm wondering if there is any way to load BCM on my Exchange server
profile.
It's frustrating having to switch profiles whenever I need to work
on
my
Business Contact Manager. Any help would be appreciated.

It is a hosted Exchange account. I'm running v1.0 of BCM. I am not running
SBS. Thanks.

This update doesn't work for me. First, I don't have SBS installed, and don't
understood why I would need to install it. Secondly, installation was halted
due to the following error:

"Error 1303: The installer has insufficient privileges to access this
directory: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studo .NET 2003\Crystal
Reports\Viewers. The installation cannot continue. Log on as an
administratoror contact your system administrator."

I am the administrator on this PC, but I have no idea what directory the
error message is pointing to.

Thanks.

Everything proceeded smoothly the second time around. I'm now running BCM in
parallel with my company's Exchange Server.

Thanks.
