BCM E-mail tracking and selecting accounts

I have had Outlook installed with Business Contact Manager and it was
working great. Now, I have a few issues with it...

1. The e-mail tracking option shows all e-mails in my inbox, not just the
ones from/to that contact.
2. I cannot select an account to which a contact belongs
3. I didn't use this feature in great depth, but I seem to remember an
opportunities tracking feature. This seems to be missing now.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Try restarting Outlook. If that doesn't fix it, clear the forms cache:
Choose Tools | Options | Other | Advanced Options | Custom Forms, then click
Manage Forms, then Clear Cache.
 
I saw that you had recommended this to another user with the form issue, so
I tried it as well. It did clean up the reoccuring form installation issue
I had, but did not fix any of the 3 items that I mentioned.
