BCM dosn't let outlook 2003 pro open

Why when I finally decide to use BCM and install it it crashes out 2003 pro I
have colledted all MS updates and SP for it however sp4 wont even install.
Any help on this?

SP4 is only using BCM 2003 on Vista or with Microsoft Office
Accounting - it works with Sql Server 2005, instead of 2000. It does
not have any other changes.

First thing I would try is uninstalling BCM and .NET, downloading BCM
2003 Update (AKA BCM version 2), and installing that - it should
reinstall .NET.
