Business Contact Data missing. I joined a new 2003 domain. When I launched outlook it errored and said that there was a problem with BCM working with this version of exchange and that BCM would be disabled for this profile. I said ok. Then I installed the patch for BCM to work with exchange 2003. The data is still missing. I did a reinstall of BCM. did not show up on the tools menu. Changed to profile Backup of outlook and BCM started and asked if I wanted to use BCM, I said yes and it started with no data. I still can't BCM to work with the "outlook" profile and I have lost all of my BCM data and two months of history. I did export all of the contacts prior, but they don't link to accounts or have any history

Help

There is no patch for Exchange 2003. The patch is specifically for the
version of Exchange 2003 installed with SBS 2003. It can, however, be
hacked, as described at http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/bcm.htm.
