Why is the Datbase admin tool only working for Office and Outlook with BCM
2007.
Is there a possibility to do the same "trick" with Office and Outlook with
BCM 2003?

People have done the trick with BCM 2003 but it wasn't supported -- if
you get stuck Microsoft support can't help you.

You need to do what the db admin tool does. There's a BCM doc on
microsoft.com that explains the steps. There have been several posts
to this newsgroup over the years explaining the steps different people
used, the issues they ran into, and so on.
